When you process multiple orders at once, a batch is created automatically. Under Orders > Batches you can find all your batches and, for each batch, download the shipping labels and pick & pack list.
How do batches work?
A batch is a group of orders that you processed in one go. For each batch you can see which orders it contains, what the status is, and you can download documents. As soon as all orders have been processed successfully, the batch gets the status Completed.

Processing |
The orders are being processed and data is being exchanged with the sales channel. This usually takes a few seconds, but it can take up to 10 minutes. |
|
Completed |
All orders have been processed successfully. You can now download the pick & pack list and shipping labels all at once. |
|
Failed |
One or more orders were not processed correctly, for example due to an address error. Process the order in question again and the batch will be completed after all. |
Is a batch stuck on "Processing" for too long?
This can happen when the sales channel is experiencing delays or when a specific order is causing problems. You can resolve this by syncing the order manually:
-
Go to the order that does not seem to be processing.
-
Click the three dots in the top right.
-
Choose Sync order.
ShopLinkr then retrieves the most recent status from the sales channel.
