Automation

Let ShopLinkr do the work

Build a rule with conditions and actions. On every new order ShopLinkr picks the right carrier, applies the right tag or marks the order as high priority. You set it up once and from then on it runs by itself.

Automate decisions

One condition, one action, ShopLinkr handles the rest

If
Total weight < 2 kilos and Country = Netherlands
Then
Shipping option PostNL Brievenbus

Set it up once. From then on it runs on every new order.

Conditions

Decide for yourself when a rule applies

Choose from dozens of conditions, such as sales channel, total weight, total amount, number of products, country, postal code, a specific product, a tag or the shipping method.

Actions

Decide what happens automatically

Think of setting a shipping option, adding a tag or marking an order as high priority. And much more.

Combine

Everything has to match, or one is enough

Group conditions however you like. Per group you choose whether all conditions have to match, or whether one is already enough. That way you catch a specific combination, or several situations at once.

Order

You decide which rule comes first

Rules are processed in the order you set. Per rule you choose whether the following rules are still checked, or whether it stops here as soon as this rule applies.

Frequently used rules

Three examples to start with

A rule consists of a condition and an action. Here are three examples you can get going with right after you start.

  • PostNL for letterbox parcels

    If

The total weight is below 2 kilos and the country is the Netherlands.

    Then

Set the shipping option to PostNL Brievenbus.

  • A gift with large orders

    If

The total amount is higher than € 75.

    Then

Automatically add a free sample to the order.

  • Orders with many products

    If

The order contains more than 10 products.

    Then

Keep the order out of automatic processing, so you can check it yourself first.

Ask your question

What conditions can I have a rule respond to?

Dozens of fields, split across customer details and order. Think of sales channel, total weight, total amount, number of products, packaging type, specific product, tag, service point, shipping method and order date. For customer details you choose per field whether it's about the shipping address or billing address, and within that about name, email, postal code, country and more.

Which actions can ShopLinkr carry out automatically?

A broad set of actions. Think of setting a shipping option, adding a tag or marking an order as high priority. You can combine multiple actions within a single rule.

Can I combine multiple conditions in one rule?

Yes. Within a group of conditions you decide whether all conditions must be met, or whether one condition is already enough. That way you make a rule that only applies to a specific combination, or instead a rule that catches several situations at once.

What happens if two rules apply to the same order?

Rules are processed in the order they're listed. Per rule you choose whether it stops here once it's triggered, or whether ShopLinkr keeps checking the following rules. That way you decide for yourself which rule takes priority when there's overlap.

Are rules also applied to existing orders?

No, only to new orders that come in after you've saved the rule. The rule is active immediately and is applied from that moment on to every new order that meets the conditions.
