Do you have an order that needs to be processed with priority? You can mark it as high priority. The order gets a visual indicator and is the first to be added to a pick list.
How do you mark an order as high priority?
-
Go to Orders and find the order you want to give priority.
-
Click the action menu (the three dots) next to the order.
-
Click Mark as high priority.
-
Confirm your choice.
The order now has a visual indicator, so you can see at a glance that it has priority.
What is the effect?
When you create a pick list, high priority orders are added first. That way they are picked and processed sooner than regular orders.
Removing high priority
Want to remove the high priority again? Click the action menu next to the order once more and choose Remove high priority.
Good to know
-
You can only mark orders with the status Open, Deferred or Backorder as high priority.
-
With rules, you can also mark orders as high priority automatically based on conditions. See "What are rules?" for more information.
