As soon as a delivery from your supplier arrives, you can receive the products in ShopLinkr. For each product, you indicate how many you received and which location you want to store it in. Your stock is updated automatically.
Mark as purchased
Before you can receive products, the delivery needs to have the status Purchased:

Open the delivery.

Click the blue icon in the top right to mark the delivery as purchased.

Confirm your choice.
You will now see the expected products under the heading Expected.
Receiving products
For each product, you indicate what you received:

Click the green icon next to the product.

Indicate whether you received everything, or enter the actual quantity.

Select the location where you want to store the product.

Click Save.
Your stock is updated right away and the product moves from Expected to Received. You can also use a barcode scanner: ShopLinkr recognizes the product by its EAN code and counts it automatically.
Partially received
Received fewer than expected? Enter the actual quantity. The remainder stays listed as expected, so you can still receive it later.
Undoing a receipt
Received a product by mistake? You can undo the receipt. The stock is then deducted from the location again.
Completing the delivery
Once you are done, click the icon in the top right to mark the delivery as processed. The delivery gets the status Processed and can no longer be edited. Products you did not receive are shown under Not received, so you can always look back at what was missing.
Good to know

Every receipt is recorded as a stock movement with the reason "Delivery received".

If there are backorders for the received products, they are automatically released as soon as the stock becomes available.
