Creating a delivery

Keep track of which products you expect from a supplier and when they will arrive.

Deliveries let you keep track of which products you expect from a supplier and when they will arrive. As soon as the delivery arrives, you can receive the products and your stock is updated automatically. Want ShopLinkr to work out what and how much you need to reorder? Take a look at the purchase advice first, which turns your advice into deliveries in a single click.

Creating a delivery

  1. Go to Deliveries and click Add delivery.

  2. Select the supplier.

  3. Enter a reference (for example, the purchase order number).

  4. If you like, fill in the expected delivery date, the number of boxes, the number of pallets and a track & trace code.

  5. Optionally add a description or attachments (such as a packing slip or invoice).

  6. Add the products you expect to receive. For each product, enter the expected quantity.

  7. Click Save.

The delivery is created with the status Draft. After creating it, you can still add products through Add delivery item.
