Reports overview

The reports in ShopLinkr give you insight into how your products are performing, what your stock is worth and where there are opportunities to optimize your warehouse. You will find all reports under Reports in the menu.

Product performance

See how much of each product has sold, what the revenue and profit are, and how high your margin is. Perfect for identifying your best and worst performing products. You can filter by period, tags and packaging type.

Never sold products

Find out which products did not sell at all during a given period. Handy for identifying dead stock and cleaning up your range.

Stock value

View the total value of your stock on a specific date. For each product you can see how many units you have in stock and what their value is based on your purchase prices.

ABC analysis

Categorize your products based on how often they are picked. A products are your most important products, while C products are picked the least. Use this to optimize your warehouse layout.

Exporting

Every report can be exported. The export file is sent to your email address as soon as it is ready.

Permissions

To be able to view reports you need the Reports permission. You can assign this permission via Managing roles and permissions.
