Logging in with a QR code

With QR login, employees can log in quickly by scanning a personal QR code and entering a PIN. This is ideal for warehouse staff who need to switch between accounts fast, for example at a shared packing station.

Enabling QR login

1. Go to Settings > Security.

2. Under the QR login section, click Enable.

3. Choose a 4-digit PIN.

4. A personal QR code is generated.

5. If you like, download the badge as a PDF. It contains your name, company name and QR code, so you can print it and hang it up at your workstation.

How does logging in work?

1. Go to the login screen and choose Token login.

2. Scan your personal QR code with the camera.

3. Enter your 4-digit PIN.

4. Have you enabled 2FA? Then you will also be asked for your 6-digit code.

5. You are logged in!

Changing your PIN

You can change your PIN at any time via Settings > Security > QR login. Click Change PIN and enter your current password to confirm. Then choose a new 4-digit PIN.

Disabling QR login

Go to Settings > Security > QR login and click Disable. You need to enter your password to confirm. This invalidates your QR code, and it can no longer be used.
