Through a European network of regional carriers, TransMission excels at shipments that a regular parcel service can't handle. Think large boxes, pallets and shipments with agreed delivery times.

Questions about the TransMission integration

Does TransMission also work for regular parcel shipments?

TransMission focuses mainly on freight and pallet shipments. For regular parcels you'll usually use a carrier like PostNL, DPD or GLS in ShopLinkr. With a shipping rule you can easily pick a different carrier per order type.

Do I need my own TransMission contract to connect?

Yes, you connect ShopLinkr to your own TransMission account so you ship on your own carrier rates and agreements. Within that connection ShopLinkr handles label creation and the track & trace.

Is the track & trace automatically returned to my order?

Yes, as soon as you create a label the track & trace is automatically added to the order. That way you can keep your customer informed without manually copying codes.

Can I print labels for pallet and freight shipments in the same flow as my parcels?

Yes, you create labels for TransMission shipments in the same shipping flow as your regular parcels, so you don't need a separate system for your larger shipments.
