Before you connect WooCommerce
To load all products from your WooCommerce webshop, each product must have an SKU code and be filled in at the 'SKU' field.
If you use the “EAN for WooCommerce” plugin, you can also enter the EAN codes in WooCommerce. If a product does not have an EAN code, the SKU field is used as the default EAN code in ShopLinkr.
NOTE: To ensure that the "EAN for WooCommerce" works well with ShopLinkr, you must ensure that we receive an EAN code when retrieving your products & orders. You need to check the following:
In the Wordpress environment, go to: "WooCommerce" —> "Settings" —> "EAN" —> "General".
Scroll all the way to the bottom and make sure the next 2 options are enabled, do not forget to click on "Save changes". This is extremely important, otherwise, your products and orders will not be imported correctly.
Connecting WooCommerce to ShopLinkr
In ShopLinkr, go to “Settings" —> "Sales Channels” and click on “Connect Sales Channel”.
Select type “WooCommerce”.
At “WooCommerce url” enter the url of your WooCommerce website, for example: https://shoplinkr.com. Note: some websites require www in combination with https, this varies by WooCommerce site.
Click on “Connect”.
If you are not logged in yet, you need to log in now with your admin account of your Wordpress environment.
Now click on “Approve”.
All information will be imported and the stock will be adjusted to the stock listed in ShopLinkr, provided the product already exists.
From this moment, ShopLinkr is the only place where you need to adjust your stock from now on.
