Before you connect WooCommerce
To load all products from your WooCommerce webshop, each product must have an SKU code and be filled in the 'SKU' field.
If you are using the “EAN for WooCommerce” plugin, you can also fill in the EAN codes in WooCommerce. If a product does not have an EAN code, the SKU field will be used as the EAN code in ShopLinkr by default.
NOTE: To ensure that the "EAN for WooCommerce" works correctly with ShopLinkr, you need to make sure that we receive an EAN code when retrieving your products & orders; you need to check the following:
Go to the WordPress environment: "WooCommerce" —> "Settings" —> "EAN" —> "General".
Then scroll all the way down and make sure the following 2 options are enabled, don’t forget to click "Save changes". This is extremely important; otherwise, your products and orders will not be imported correctly.
Connecting WooCommerce to ShopLinkr
In ShopLinkr, go to “Settings" —> "Sales Channels” and click on “Connect Sales Channel”.
Select “WooCommerce” as the type.
Enter the URL of your WooCommerce website in the “WooCommerce URL” field, for example: https://shoplinkr.com. Note: some websites require www in combination with https, this varies by WooCommerce site.
Then click “Connect”.
Now click on “Approve”.
All information will be imported, and the stock will be adjusted to the stock listed in ShopLinkr, provided the product already exists.
From this moment on, ShopLinkr is the only place where you need to adjust your stock.
