With an order picking list, you can process all types of orders. Since orders can contain multiple products, you separate them into different bins during picking. When creating the picking list, you scan all the bins that you will use. Let's assume in this example that there are 6 bins (A, B, C, D, E, F). Six orders are then added to this picking list. ShopLinkr generates a route through your warehouse. At the end of this route, there is a complete order in each bin.

ShopLinkr precisely indicates during picking which product you need to pick and at which location, how many pieces you need, and in which bin they should go. In the example above, we need to pick the product "XXL Omega 3" 3x at location "A.3.1" and place it in bin B. You scan the product 3x and then scan bin B. ShopLinkr now registers that the products have been placed in the correct bin. This serves as an extra check to prevent mistakes. You can also click the plus sign above manually or continue with the container scan. See the image below.

Once you have picked all the products, you are done with this picking list.

How does packing work?

You can now pack and process the orders. When you are in ShopLinkr, you can scan a bin (you can also manually select an order from the list). ShopLinkr automatically opens the order associated with that bin. You can then scan the products again. After that, a screen appears where you can process the order immediately. The shipping label is requested and printed immediately, provided you have activated our integration with PrintNode. The order is now processed. You can now scan the next bin and process this order as well.
