With order batches, you can easily see which orders you have processed. So you no longer need to remember where you left off or which orders you just handled. You can find this feature in the menu on the left under the heading "Orders" > "Batches".

How do batches work?

When you process, for example, 50 orders, a batch of these orders is automatically created. Once all orders in the batch have been successfully processed, the status of the batch changes to "completed". From that moment on, you can download the pick & pack list and all shipping labels in one go.

The different statuses

Failed

If the status of the batch changes to "failed", it means that one or more orders within this batch were not processed correctly. This can occur due to an error in the address or another problem during processing.

Solution:
You can easily reprocess the relevant order. Once it has been correctly processed, the status of the batch will automatically change to "completed".

Processing

The status "processing" indicates that the system is busy processing the orders in the batch. This means that the orders are still being checked and that data is being exchanged with the sales channel. Depending on the sales channel, this process may take a few minutes, but usually no longer than 30 minutes.

Why does the status remain "processing"?
If the status remains on "processing" longer than usual, it may mean that:

  • The sales channel has a delay in processing the data.

  • A technical malfunction has occurred.

  • A specific order within the batch is causing problems.

What to do if it takes too long?

  1. Go to the orders page.

  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  3. Select "Synchronize order".

The system will then retrieve the most recent information from your sales platform, including the current status. Once all orders have been processed, the status of the batch changes to "completed".

Finished

When all orders in a batch have been successfully processed, the status changes to "finished". This means that the batch is fully handled, and you can download and process all related documents, such as the pick & pack list and shipping labels, without any problems.
