Postpone Order

A useful feature that provides more insight into your open orders.

With the 'postpone' function, you can temporarily delay an order and make it visible in your workflow only when you actually need to process it. This offers flexibility and helps you to work more organized.

Postponing an order can be useful in the following situations:

  • The customer wants to receive the package at a later time.

  • The address still needs to be verified.

  • The required products are not in stock yet.

How does it work?

  1. Open an order.

  2. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and then on "Postpone order".

  3. Fill in a date and time when you want to resume the order (optional).

    • With date/time: The order automatically reverts to "open" as soon as the chosen time is reached.

    • Without date/time: The order remains postponed until you manually resume it.

  4. Provide a reason for postponement. This is helpful for you and your colleagues to see why the order has been postponed.

What happens to a postponed order?

  • Postponed orders are not included in pick lists.

  • Postponed orders cannot be processed until the postponement period is over or the order is manually resumed.

  • When an order is resumed, a note is automatically added with information about the postponement.
