# Orders overview

> Everything you can see and do on the orders page.

The orders page brings together all the orders from every one of your sales channels in one place. From here you can view, process and manage your orders.

### What you see for each order

Every order shows the following information:

- **Customer**: the customer's name and country

- **Sales channel**: the channel the order came in through

- **Products**: images of the ordered products along with quantities

- **Status**: the order's current status

- [**Tags**](/en/support/managing-tags): any tags linked to the order

- **Placed on**: the date and time the order was placed

### Status tabs

At the top of the page you can quickly filter by status. You will see tabs for Open, Picking, Picked, Processing, Completed, [Postponed](/en/support/postpone-an-order), [Backorder](/en/support/backorders) and [Canceled](/en/support/cancel-an-order), among others. This makes it easy to see at a glance which orders need your attention.

### Filtering

Alongside the status tabs you can filter your orders further by:

- **Order type**: all orders, [reshipments](/en/support/create-reshipments) or [manual shipments](/en/support/manual-shipments)

- **Packaging type**: parcel, mailbox parcel, letter post

- **Carrier**: filter by a specific carrier

- **Sales channel**: filter by a specific channel

- **Tags**: filter by orders with certain tags

- **Product**: find orders that contain a specific product

- **Placed on**: filter by a date range

### Actions

From the overview you can carry out a range of actions on your orders. Which actions are available depends on the order's status and your permissions.

- Set a shipping option and process the order

- Open or print shipping labels

- [Postpone an order](/en/support/postpone-an-order) or resume it

- [Mark as high priority](/en/support/mark-order-as-high-priority)

- [Cancel an order](/en/support/cancel-an-order) (for bol orders)

- [Create a reshipment](/en/support/create-reshipments) (for completed orders)

- Sync the order with the sales channel

You can also select multiple orders at once to process them in bulk, open their shipping labels or print labels.
