# Managing suppliers

> Add your suppliers, link them to products and keep an overview of your purchasing.

By adding your suppliers in ShopLinkr, you keep a clear overview of who you purchase from. You can link suppliers to products and to [deliveries](/en/support/creating-a-delivery), so you can always see which products you buy from which supplier and which deliveries you have received.

### Adding a supplier

1. Go to **Settings > Suppliers**.

2. Click **Add supplier**.

3. Fill in the details. Only the **company name** is required. In addition, you can enter things such as:

   - Contact person, email address and phone number

   - VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number

   - Address details and website

   - Payment terms and VAT rate

   - Minimum order amount

4. Click **Save**.

### Linking suppliers to products

For each product, you can indicate which supplier(s) you buy it from. A product can be linked to multiple suppliers. Open a product, click **Edit** and select the supplier(s).

Once you have linked suppliers, you can filter by supplier in the [product overview](/en/support/products-overview). This way you quickly see which products you buy from whom.

### Suppliers and deliveries

When you [create a delivery](/en/support/creating-a-delivery), you select the supplier the delivery comes from. For each supplier, you can review which deliveries you have received and which are still on their way.

### Purchase advice per supplier

Want to know how much you need to reorder from a supplier? With the [purchase advice](/en/support/purchase-advice), ShopLinkr calculates what you need to buy per supplier based on your stock, backorders and expected sales. You can then turn the advice into concrete deliveries with a single click.
