# Connect Shopify

> How the connection between Shopify and ShopLinkr works

Follow the steps below to connect your Shopify webshop to ShopLinkr. To load all products correctly, every product in Shopify needs an EAN code in the 'Barcode' field.

### Steps

1. In ShopLinkr, go to "Settings" > "Sales channels" and click "Connect sales channel".

2. Select "Shopify" as the type.

3. Enter your Shopify url. This is the subdomain you receive from Shopify. You can find it in your browser's address bar when you are logged in to Shopify.

4. Log in to your Shopify account (if you are not logged in yet). You will see the screen below to install the ShopLinkr app. Click install.

5. You are sent back to the page below. Select the location where ShopLinkr will apply the stock changes. This is also the location from which orders are loaded into ShopLinkr.

6. Click "Connect".

All information is imported and the stock is updated to the stock in ShopLinkr, provided the product already exists.

**From this point on, ShopLinkr is the only place where you need to adjust your stock.**
