# Connecting DPD

> How the integration between DPD and ShopLinkr works

**Please note:** this integration only works if you have your own contract with DPD. Don't have one yet? Get in touch with their sales department.

For this integration you need Shipper WS credentials from the CustomerIT department at DPD. You can reach them at <customerit@dpd.nl>. They will send you a username and password.

1. In ShopLinkr, go to "Settings" > "Carriers" and click "Connect carrier".

2. Select "DPD" as the type.

3. Enter the "username" and "password" you received from DPD.

4. Enter your address details. Shipping labels are created from this address.

5. Click "Connect".

The delivery options for all open orders are fetched again. This can take a few minutes.

**From this point on, ShopLinkr is the only place where you need to create your shipping labels.**
